How this works:
1. Purchase this item, select local pickup under shipping options.
2. Under "Order Comments", state to us as descriptively as possible what issue/issues you're having with your rifle (as well as any desired upgrades, if applicable), when it started, and any details you feel may be relevant to us properly diagnosing the problem and sorting out the most cost-effective and timely fix. (For faster service, please provide a phone number where we may readily reach you for more information if necessary)
3. Send out your rifle to our address (473 Sapena ct. #24, Santa Clara, CA, 95054), and write in bold letters, on the box: BBA REPAIR CENTER. Once you've sent out the package, please update your order comments with any tracking information you've been provided by the shipping company for good measure.

Then, just sit back, relax, and we will contact you with a diagnosis and possible avenues for a solution, what parts are necessary to be purchased for the fix, and any labor charges (if applicable) that would also need to be purchased.

Once the rifle is fixed, we will send it back to you. That's it!
